After 29-years of marriage we can accomplish just about anything together, why not brewing! Long days from sunrise to sunset…Keeping my focus on track and never missing a critical step or key ingredient we have found out we are pretty good at this process, TOGETHER!
The bonus each brew day is what Judy does with the spent grains…pizza dough, dog biscuits and fresh bread. Judy’s qualification…being dragged to more breweries, tours, tasting and beer pairings over the past decade than anyone I know.
Starting with all-grain kits our hope is to graduate and branch into our own home recipes with time!
