Flow of the Home Brew Process:
Purchase Raw Ingredients
Prepare our Work Space
Heat the Mash/Grains in the Grainfather
Heat the Sparge Water
Pull the Mash from Wort
Sparge the Mash – Pour Hot Water over to complete the Wort Volume and maximize the sugars
Start the Boil
Add the Hops
Chill the Boil bringing the Wort to Fermenting Temperature (i.e. Use our Performance Cold Tub for multiple purposes)
Place the Wort into Fermentor
Set Temperature and Pressure in fermentor after taking Specific Gravity Measurement
Complete the Super Cleaning Process
Complete Primary and Secondary Fermentation in the Vessi, will do additional SG measurements
Canning and/or Bottling Day
Work Well Done with Beer in the Frig!!
